Taking time to care for yourself while attending to your child's needs isn't always easy. Maintaining your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being is important, but sometimes you might need a little bit of help building this into your busy life.

learn how to incorporate coping and self-care strategies into your day, or
press the daily reset button without guilt or shame.
